Meet the team
A first time visit to any beauty salon can be daunting for some. We’re a friendly bunch but maybe knowing what we look like will help reduce any anxiety you may have. So here’s a brief introduction to each member of staff you may meet when you come in for your treatment.

Front of house manager
Mary is Front of House Manager and is based in our Swalecliffe salon. She used to work for Serenity 14 years ago but left to have a family. Now she is back to look after any queries you may have and help find the perfect treatment and appointment for you.
Cheryl
Receptionist
Cheryl is one of our lovely reception team. She is a retired qualified Beauty Therapist and has a wealth of knowledge to share with clients and is on hand to answer any questions you may have and book your appointments.
Tilly
Beauty Therapist Apprentice
Tilly started with Serenity Faversham at the end of 2019 as a Level 2 Beauty Therapist and is now back at college studying her Level 3 Technical Beauty Therapy qualification. Super keen to learn and with the most up to date training available to her, Tilly is a very confident and capable Therapist working on reception, assisting with nail services and offering the more basic Level 2 treatments such as waxing and nails. Its nice to have the passion of youth as part of the team!
Emily
Therapist
Emily started out with us at Serenity Swalecliffe around 2018 as a makeup artist and has trained up to her Level 3 Technical Beauty Therapy qualification. She is extremely popular with clients for all our treatments, especial CACI and COMCIT advanced facial treatments. Emily will always give you a warm welcome and great treatment advice.
Rosie
Therapist
Rosie is one of our younger members of the team but don’t let that fool you! She is extremely talented and very caring. Acrylic extensions, Dipping powder nails and gel nails are her forte so don’t hesitate to book in with her. Rosie is also specialising in Electrolysis hair removal and has established a big following of both male and female clients.
Yasmin
Therapist
Yasmin is a fully qualified and experienced Technical Level 3 Beauty Therapist and has recently joined the Team at Serenity Faversham. She is already a hit with our massage clients, Hot Stones and Aromatherapy being her forte.
Nikki
Manager/head therapist
Nikki has been with us the since the beginning and is passionate about the beauty industry. Fully qualified and experienced, she is often requested by clients for COMCIT and Guinot facial treatments. Nicki has a very caring and calm personality and will always make you feel at ease. We are also extremely proud to say that she won Guinot Regional Therapist of the Year 2018, one of only 17 regional finalists in the whole of the UK and Ireland! So if you’re thinking of having a Guinot treatment…Nikki’s your girl.
Abby
Manager/Head Therapist
Abby is Manager and a full time Therapist at our Faversham salon. Bubbly and professional, Abby will always greet you with a smile. Not only is she a lash expert, Abby is also qualified and experienced in our more advanced treatments such as Plasma Pen and Cryotherapy.
Rebecca

Rebecca is the founder and owner of Serenity Health and Beauty. Her dedication to her work & clients has given her the reputation required to start up the brand. With beauty therapy experience of over 28 years she knows how to make you feel at ease & comfortable with any treatment. Rebecca specialises in semi-permenant make up, Plasma Pen skin tightening and advanced cosmetic procedures using advanced electrolysis to treat skin tags, thread veins and mole reduction. Rebecca has successfully diagnosed clients skin problems that would have caused serious issues had they not been found so soon.
